Users

When the TIF Cloud environment is created, one or more users are set as the owners of this environment. These users are assigned all roles in the system, which allows him/her to invite additional users to the environment.

When a user is added, the user will get an email with information on how to login. After login, a password must be set and some validation takes place.

If you have enabled Multi Factor Authentication via the Settings → Common Settings → Application page, the user needs to follow the steps to configure their personal MFA device.

Roles

Roles are generally divided into viewing and editing capabilities in different areas of the application.

The following roles are available in the system

Job Viewer

Can view jobs and job information.

Job Editor

Can resend a job and perform modifying operations on jobs (delete etc).

Service Viewer

Can view services

Service Editor

Can change services

Configuration Viewer

Can view configurations

Configuration Editor

Can change configurations

User Viewer

Can view users

User Editor

Can edit users

Agent Viewer

Can view agents

Agent Editor

Can edit agents

Token Viewer

Can view tokens

Token Editor

Can edit tokens

Extension Viewer

Can view marketplace extensions

Extension Editor

Can install marketplace extensions and configure extensions
